March 21-29, 2027
This is an exciting educational travel opportunity for high school students — a guided journey to Peru and Machu Picchu in March of 2027.
This trip is designed to be far more than sightseeing. It’s an immersive, educational experience where students will step into the heart of the former Inca Empire and learn how ancient civilizations lived, engineered their cities, farmed the land, and preserved their culture — much of which still exists today.
We will start our adventure in Lima then fly into Cusco, but instead of staying at the highest elevation right away, we thoughtfully move into the Sacred Valley, allowing students to acclimate safely. Over several days, students will visit Inca villages, archaeological sites like Pisac and Ollantaytambo, and participate in hands-on cultural experiences such as traditional weaving demonstrations with local communities.
One of the most meaningful parts of this trip is the Inca Trail hike, where students walk the same path the Incas used centuries ago and enter Machu Picchu through the Sun Gate — the original entrance. This moment is unforgettable and incredibly powerful.
Safety, structure, and supervision are top priorities. We travel with professional private guides, stay in trusted hotels, and move together as a group at all times.
The itinerary is balanced, educational, and intentionally paced. This experience offers students independence, global awareness, and a deeper appreciation for history and culture — the kind of learning that stays with them for a lifetime.
